- Email the teacher: ask for this term’s unit list, any HPE / health dates already scheduled, and where materials live (portal or handouts).
- If your province or board publishes notice expectations (for example, Ontario PPM-style ministry policy), ask how the school meets them — without inventing statute numbers you have not verified.
- Save the reply in your evidence locker or a dated folder.
